Standard Bear: Approx. 29cm (11") seated, 40cm (16") head to toe.

 Personalised Embroidery

If you wish to have a name, special date, birth weight etc. added to your keepsake, I can do this with embroidery in gold on the bears paw, or if it will fit, on the wreath. Please select this option before adding to your cart.

Items I need From You

Baby Clothing Keepsake

Mini Size Bear: 6-10 items. Please include a minimum of 8 items if they are smaller items like leggings or t-shirts, or all newborn/first size.

Standard Size Bear: 10-14 items. Please include a minimum of 12 items if they are smaller items like leggings or t-shirts, or all newborn/first size.

Most clothing works great but there are some items I cannot use within a keepsake: Heavy denim, waterproof fabrics like rain macs, waxed jackets etc., sheer (see through) materials, loose knits, fur and faux fur.

I can include little accessories like bows, hair accessories, bibs, etc.

What's Next 

After making your purchase, I will contact you within 24 hours with my address. It is super important you send these items with tracking, these are your super special items, so let's keep track of them!

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your items to me. Once you have shipped your items, please send me the tracking information so I know when to expect them.

Order Queue

Once I received your items and full payment has been made (if you paid a deposit first through Etsy), you will join my order queue where you can expect your keepsake to be shipped within 4-6 weeks. If you need your keepsake within that time frame by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order.

The first thing I will do is send you a 'mock up' put together in Photoshop before cutting into any items to make sure you are 100% happy with the layout of your special keepsake (see an example of this in the images). Please note, delay in approving your keepsake proof may result in a delay in your finished keepsake being shipped.

 Shipping

Your keepsake will be shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, along with any larger pieces of cut clothing if you wish. If for any reason you don’t want the items returned please let me know.

Please note, these memory keepsake items are not toys. They look cute and cuddly, but as they have been made from your items they cannot be safety checked, and therefore are display items only. Not suitable for children under 14 years. Keep out of reach of pets.
