Keepsake Items
How do I send you my items for a keepsake?
Once you have placed your order I will be in touch within 24 hours via the email you provide at the checkout. This will explain next steps and include my address.
Remember, you must send your items with tracking information, and include your name and order number.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending your items to me.
What kind of clothing can be used?
Most clothing works great but there are some items I cannot use within a keepsake:
- Heavy denim
- Waterproof fabrics like rain macs, waxed jackets etc.
- Sheer (see through) materials
- Loose knits
- Fur and faux fur
However, If you have any of these items that you would love to include in your keepsake, please do get in touch before placing your order as we may be able to come up with an alternative solution!
How many items should I send?
This will depend on the size of the clothing and the keepsake you would like. Check out each individual keepsake item for specific details.
Some of my items are stained, can they still be used?
I can work around stains, but please ensure all items have been washed before sending them to me. I do not wash any items before creating your keepsake.
Do you return left over items?
I return any uncut clothing and offcuts big enough to use for a small keepsake in the future, just in case! Unless you tell me otherwise, and that's ok too!
How long will it take you to make my keepsake?
Once I receive your items and full payment has been made (if you have found me via Etsy you may have payed a deposit), you will then join my order queue.
The latest queue times are in the listing for each keepsake, visible before purchasing.
If you need your keepsake by a certain date within the timeframe, please do get in touch before purchasing.
Can I wash my keepsake?
Keepsakes are designed as decorative items and are not machine washable. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended if needed.

Where do you ship to?
Currently I only ship to the UK. Sorry if you're a little further away!
How do I track my order?
You will receive email updates to the email address used at the checkout. You will receive a tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website, to see the progress of your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please do get in touch!
