Step 1 - Secure your slot!

Due to high demand, keepsake slots are released at scheduled restocks. The next date is always displayed at the top of the page here.

Pay your deposit at the release through the 'Get Your Keepsake Slot Here' listing.

Please be advised they do usually sell out again in under a minute so you do have to be quick!

All information and prices can be found within each item listing before hand, but this is not where you will purchase your keepsake slot from.

Step 2 - I'll be in touch!

I will email you within 24 hours for the details on what specifically you would like to order. I will then send a link to pay your remaining balance.

Once payed I send over a shipping address and all the information you will need.

Step 3 - Send me your items!

Once your items arrive with me your order will join my order queue. For up to date queue time estimates, see the information on each individual product page.

Queue time is based on when your items arrive with me, not when you purchased. If your items aren't sent shortly after your purchase the queue time may be longer.

Step 4 - A little preview

The first thing I will do is create a 'keepsake proof' which is a digital mock up of what your keepsake will look like. There are examples of these in the photos on each keepsakes product page. We can go back and forth until you love love LOVE it! 

Once you 'OK' your keepsake I will sew it up and then post it to you, along with the remaining pieces of cut clothing (unless you request that I don't return them), incase you want them for another keepsake in the future!
