Step 1 - Order your keepsake!

Take look through the various keepsakes I offer in my shop, select your extras like birth weight, custom embroidery, add a dressing gown etc. some options (like embroidery/no embroidery) are on the product pages, some (like add birth weight) are a separate product you will need to add to your cart along with your chosen keepsake.

Step 2 - I'll be in touch!

I will email you within 24 hours with all the information you need. This includes the address to post your items to, and I'll ask you a lot of questions about what you have in mind for your keepsake.

Step 3 - Send me your items!

Once they arrive your order will join my order queue. For up to date queue times, see the information on each individual product page when you place your order. These are regularly updated. 

Step 4 - A little preview

The first thing I will do is create a 'keepsake proof' which is a digital mock up of what your keepsake will look like. There are examples of these in the photos on each keepsakes product page. We can go back and forth until you love love LOVE it! 

Once you ok your keepsake I will sew it up and then post it to you, along with the remaining pieces of cut clothing (unless you request that I don't return them), incase you want them for another keepsake in the future!
