Shipping policy

All orders for non-personal items (accessories) are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) via Royal Mail. 

For custom items such as memory keepsakes, this will depend on the queue time specified when purchasing. This process may be delayed if emails for information about details to do with your keepsake, are not answered within 24 hours. 

Non-Keepsake items only: Tracked 24. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within 24 hours of receiving them. This is the 'aim' of Royal Mail and not guaranteed.

Keepsake items: All keepsake items are shipped Tracked 24 via Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, once your order is shipped it is out of my control how quickly Royal Mail do deliver your item. However, you will be able to track your package.

You will receive email updates to the email address used at the checkout. You will receive a tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website, to see the progress of your order.

If there are issues with delivery such as; missed, delayed or it doesn't arrive in the expected time frame, please do get in touch with Royal Mail directly to resolve the issue, quoting your tracking number.
